18JAN2014 Kevin Kane Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland, United Kingdom. UK 20.20 hours Approximately 4 seconds I was facing East. Watching very clear full moon. Object travelled from generally from West to East. Just under the moon. Bright green. Almost Fluorescent Green. Very very bright No but left trail. One of the most exciting natural phenomena I have ever seen. I was absolutely amazed. So excited. I am a retired cop so I thought I had just about seen everything.. I was actually excited. 18JAN2014 David Stockport, Cheshire, UK 20:16:00 2/3/2014 Left to right White at front, then green and blue Brighter than moon No Saturday 18 January 2014 at approx. 20:16 - 20:18. We were driving from SK8 (Cheadle) to SK2 (Davenport/Stockport) on Adswood Road(just near the railway bridge/Jewsons). It travelled from left to right coming down from the sky at angle of between 3 and 4 pm on a clock. It was extremely bright white at the large forward end of the item and was then blue and green towards the tail end. We cannot remember what colour was nearest the white, whether it was blue or green. The green was almost emerald in colour and the blue fiercely bright

Observed from South Shields Pier Tyneside at 20:20 tracking NW to SE across the moon. Bright green lighting up the sky. Seen many but nothing Like this one brilliant.

I saw this too just after 20:20 GMT 18th Jan 2014. Falling East to West (10 o'clock to 4 o'clock) fast! Lit up bright green as it entered the atmosphere and had a long green trail... was awesome to see! Marc Chesterfield Derbyshire UK
